This is a question I get all of the time. Sitting is to the spine, like sugar is to our teeth. Most individuals sit 8-10 hours per day. This is either at work or at home watching TV. This common practice is not what our bodies have been designed for. Plus, most of us sit in an incorrect posture. Check out our latest video on sitting posture.
We should be getting up to move every 20 minutes. The spine is designed to move, it is not designed to sit all day.
